When we celebrate our Nations Birthday on the 4th. of July, we are celebrating our "Freedom" of sorts. I say of sorts, because in actually, you, we, are not as free as you might think. Unless, of course, you have some money to buy certain special freedoms.
Case in point. You can not buy, sell or use fireworks of any kind. They are illegal because you or others can get hurt. Makes perfect seance!
Ah, but there's a fly in the ointment, if you buy a permit, you can buy, sell or discharge fireworks because the money you spend for the permit protects you from any harm. Isn't our Government wonderful?
